DayRota

Pricing

One product, two ways to pay for it.

A workshop pays for the people on the bench. A household pays once, because nobody should pay per child. Neither pays for a login.

Start a household space

Two displays, on purpose. Team is quoted without VAT, because it is a business price. Family is quoted as the total a household pays, because that is the number that has to be prominent when you sell to a consumer.

No VAT is added today. DayRota is not registered for VAT, so the figures above are what you pay. If that changes, Team stays as quoted and the inclusive amount is shown beside it — we will not raise a displayed price without telling you first.

Questions about paying

All the questions
What counts as a person?

Someone in the space — not a login. A person on the rota without an account still counts, so the price never pushes you into giving a child an email address.

Why the three-person minimum?

Below that a plan is mostly card-processing fees rather than software. Free covers three people properly, and Team starts at fifteen pounds a month.
